About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the EPOSI free trial. EPOSI is provided by Prestige IT Services Ltd (company no. 12717061), Marshall House, Suite 21-25, 124 Middleton Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 6RW. When you become a paying customer, you'll agree a separate service agreement with us.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about EPOSI and contact us. Please don't try to break, overload or copy it. We work to keep the information here accurate but may change it at any time.
The free trial
- The 30-day free trial is for businesses evaluating EPOSI for ongoing use. One trial per business.
- Using the trial only to trade at a one-off event, exhibition or pop-up isn't allowed; contact us and we'll set you up for event use instead.
- We may decline a trial request, or end a trial early if it's misused.
- At the end of the trial your account is paused unless you agree a plan with us. Your data is kept for 30 days so you can carry on or export it, then deleted.
- During the trial EPOSI is provided as it is, without any service level or compensation for downtime.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for any loss of profit or indirect loss arising from your use of this website or the free trial.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
